Join ALO Wellness Club instructors Sarah DiGiovanni and Nicole Rutsch for a restorative two-hour experience inspired by the ALO Wellness Club 7-Day Reset Ritual. The morning opens with a grounding mindful movement class designed to awaken the body, build strength, and create space through intentional flow. Guests can expect fluid sequencing, breath-led transitions, and restorative moments that cultivate balance, clarity, and presence.
Following the movement practice, guests are guided into a self-care and mindfulness journey featuring sound healing, breathwork, reflective journaling, and hydration rituals. This closing experience offers time to slow down, reconnect, and set meaningful intentions for the year ahead.
