Set on the Crane Terrace beneath the umbrellas, this intimate mixology masterclass invites guests into the story behind our Conscious Pour, the Riviera Spritz, created in support of Social Studio and their capsule pop-up. Made with Rosella Gin, native raspberry shrub, mandarin, sparkling wine and soda, the cocktail reflects a more thoughtful approach to drinking, with leftover wine and mandarin peels transformed into a vibrant garnish dust that echoes the colours of a Riviera sunset.
