Ingredientes:
2 oz. de Hendrick's Gin
¼ oz. de xarope de flor de sabugueiro
½ oz. de xarope de mel
¾ oz. de limão
¾ oz. de chá de camomila
1 clara de ovo
Método:
Muddle one thin slice of Cucumber in a shaker. Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify, shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with basil, thyme, and chamomile. Dash with lavender bitters.
