Nutre e hidrata tu rostro con una de estas tres mascarillas DIY.
MASCARILLA HIDRATANTE DE CACAO Y AGUACATE
Ingredientes: aguacate, cacao en polvo, miel cruda
1. Tritura 1/4 de aguacate en un bol pequeño.
2. Incorporar 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo y 1 cucharada de miel, machacando y mezclando bien.
3. Aplica la mascarilla sobre tu piel limpia y seca durante 10 minutos.
4. 4. Retírala con agua tibia e hidrátala como de costumbre.
MASCARILLA NUTRITIVA DE MIEL
Ingredients: chamomile tea, raw honey, nutritional yeast
1. Brew 1 cup of chamomile tea with 2 tea bags and let cool completely.
2. In a tiny bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast.
3. Add just enough chamomile tea to the bowl to create a thicker paste that's still runny enough to spread across your skin, but not too watery.
4. Apply a thin layer to your face and let sit for 20 minutes.
5. Rinse off and pat dry. Moisturize afterward!
MASCARILLA DE PLÁTANO
Ingredientes: plátano, zumo de naranja, miel cruda
1. Tritura 1/2 plátano en un bol.
2. Mezcla con 1 cucharada de zumo de naranja y 1 cucharada de miel.
3. Aplícate la mascarilla en la cara (¡no pasa nada si quedan grumos!) y mantén la mezcla durante 15 minutos.
4. Aclara con agua tibia e hidrata.

TRATAMIENTO DE MANOS CON ACEITE DE COCO
Ingredients: organic coconut oil
1. Rub 1 teaspoon of oil into hands and cuticles.
2. Wrap each hand in a small towel, and allow the oil to penetrate for at least 5 minutes.
3. Wipe the excess oil off hands, but don’t rinse them; any remaining oil will be absorbed over the next few minutes.
4. Follow with a rich hand cream.
(Bonus: can be done as a foot treatment as well!)
TRATAMIENTO EXFOLIANTE DE MANOS
Ingredients: oatmeal, coarse sea salt, softened coconut oil, aloe vera gel
1. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of sea salt, 1/2 cup of softened coconut oil, and 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel.
2. Apply to hands, gently scrub in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.
3. Rinse and follow up with hand cream.
