What inspired you to create the Barre Series?

My passion for movement and wellness comes from a deep belief in its ability to nurture both strength and serenity. Barre Series was born from the desire to make fitness feel accessible, joyful, and restorative. It’s not about chasing perfection; it’s about embracing progress and showing up for yourself.

What makes barre the perfect travel workout?

Barre doesn’t require bulky equipment, which makes it perfect for people on the go. It’s adaptable, gentle on the joints, and offers an effective workout in a short amount of time. Plus, the focus on alignment and mindfulness makes it a great way to reset after a long journey.

What’s your advice for someone new to barre?

Start where you are. Barre is incredibly beginner-friendly because it’s scalable to your fitness level. Small, intentional movements make a big impact over time, so be patient with yourself and enjoy the process!
