Ingrédients :
2 oz de Hendrick's Gin
¼ oz de sirop de fleurs de sureau
½ oz de sirop de miel
¾ oz. de citron
¾ oz. de thé à la camomille
1 blanc d'œuf
Méthode :
Muddle one thin slice of Cucumber in a shaker. Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify, shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with basil, thyme, and chamomile. Dash with lavender bitters.
