That means we aim for flavorful beers with incredible drinkability.  Working with 1 Hotel South Beach and Beverage Director Charles Steadman, we knew we needed to create something that would be perfect and refreshing at the pool, the beach and beyond,” says Doug Fairall from Due South Brewing. Available only at 1 Hotel South Beach, the custom-made pale ale brings crisp notes and a hint of citrus to the forefront. It is truly a great beer to enjoy in warm weather.
