엘더플라워 시럽 ¼온스
허니 시럽 ½온스
레몬 ¾온스
카모마일 차 ¾온스
달걀 흰자 1개
방법:
Muddle one thin slice of Cucumber in a shaker. Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify, shake and strain into a coupe. Garnish with basil, thyme, and chamomile. Dash with lavender bitters.
