It’s summer. It’s hot. It’s Miami. The need for a flavorful, thirst-quenching brew is at an all-time high, so naturally, 1 Hotel South Beach turned to Due South Brewing (located in Boynton Beach) to create an exclusive pale ale.  “Our quest at Due South Brewing is to craft beers that suit the South Florida climate. That means we aim for flavorful beers with incredible drinkability.  Working with 1 Hotel South Beach and Beverage Director Charles Steadman, we knew we needed to create something that would be perfect and refreshing at the pool, the beach and beyond,” says Doug Fairall from Due South Brewing. Available only at 1 Hotel South Beach, the custom-made pale ale brings crisp notes and a hint of citrus to the forefront. It is truly a great beer to enjoy in warm weather. Take a look at the good stuff hitting the bottling process for the very first time at the brewery and get ready to crack open one of these bad boys this summer.
