About Erin
Erin has a 500 hour certificate in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, received from Rishikesh YTTC, and Sampoorna Yoga Ashram in Florida, USA. Her teaching style represents setting a mindfulness foundation of breath work and intention setting which flows into a series of asanas leading up to a complex peak pose. All level classes have modifications. Erin began a yoga lifestyle in 2019 and since has implemented an interest of plant-based cooking and other holistic methods. Her passion and hope is to continue the expansion of Yoga within herself, and to those around her on and off the mat.
