In our one-hour HIIT class, you are your only competition. Using resistance bands, free weights, plyometrics, and more — challenge yourself with bursts of high-intensity exercises followed by varied rest and recovery intervals. Every exercise can be modified to meet your comfort level and challenge you to become stronger than yesterday.
