A little sneak peek of the menu is giving us all of the foodie feels including Scallop Aguachile with Watermelon, Guagillo and Fresh Wasabi, Local Shrimp Toast and Skate Cheeks…yes, Skate Cheeks finished with miso and sweet peppers. Chef Mendin will redefine the expectation of raw bar, not only bringing fresh seafood to the table, but also a roaming salad cart that will allow guests to handcraft their greens tableside or dish up other menu selections.
