Kettlebell-Flow with Rick

This class will challenge your stability, mobility, and strength using kettlebells and bodyweight.  You will work up a sweat fine tuning foundational movements such as cleans, squats, and swings.  Your body will move through various ranges of motion that will help increase your mobility and technique to progress into a Kettlebell Flow.
