Bamford Wellness Spa
Bamford Wellness is a spa devoted to nurturing the mind, body and spirit. Our holistic approach is based around a heartfelt connection with nature. Originally created by Carole Bamford in the English countryside, individually crafted treatments use specially formulated products from the Bamford body and skincare ranges made from natural and organic ingredients certified to the highest standard. In the intuitive hands of our therapists, the effect of each treatment will be felt long after you depart.

Audi Experience
We’re always seeking innovative ways to show you how to live more sustainably. With this in mind, we’re pleased to introduce the Official Electric Vehicle of 1 Hotels, the fully electric Audi e‑tron. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Audi Experience while taking advantage of the house car or test-driving the e‑tron during your stay. The house Audi e‑tron is available Friday - Sunday on a first-come, first-served basis from the hotel entrance. To test drive, please contact our concierge.

- Explore the grounds and learn how Lauren grows local, organic produce for 1 Hotel Nashville and other Nashville locals.
- Take home your very own CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) basket of Bloomsbury Farm produce and bring it to 1 Kitchen, where Culinary Director Chris Crary will prepare a farm-fresh meal with your produce of the day.
