The Wellness Classes are for 1 Hotel Guest only.

Please meet the instructor in the 1 Hotel lobby at 8:45 am, to check-in and show proof of your Covid Vaccination. Once checked in, the Yoga class will proceed to commence the Wellness class.

Fridays | Vinyasa Yoga Flow

In this class you'll flow continuously through strong sequences, linking breath with movement, building strength and flexibility. Expect a fully balanced class with Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses, forward folds, backbends, and twists. Intelligently designed sequences to improve mobility and leave you feeling more aligned, relaxed, and invigorated. All levels welcome, show up exactly as you are. 

Saturdays | Power Yoga 

This is a dynamic, fast-paced class designed to build strength and endurance, improve your flexibility, mobility, balance, agility, and coordination. In this class you will flow from one posture to another rapidly, linking breath with movement. Be prepared to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while developing awareness of your body. It's the grounding and relaxing vibes of yoga combined with a challenging and rigorous workout. All levels are welcome.
